Transitions College of Business and Career Studies strives to be an innovation-driven institution in the educational industry by delivering a wide variety of unique educational and training programs to our community in the Niagara area as well as in other areas of Ontario.

Transitions College provides job skills education and training to adults seeking to increase their abilities and confidence as they enter, re-enter or seek promotion in the workforce.

Transitions College of Business and Career Studies originally opened as Niagara Retraining Facility in 2006. Adults who faced a career change due to circumstances beyond their control, such as a vehicle accident, were offered a range of job skills training and educational upgrading programs by the Niagara Falls organization. Satisfied clients recognized the high level of services; word spread, and increased demand meant the opening of St. Catharines and Welland campuses.

The company triumphed with the demanding process of approval for registration by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities in 2010 and is now able to provide everyone with the types of services only a private career college can offer.

“All our programs get right down to business and lead to employment” says Owner/President Diane Conlon. “They are affordable, of short duration, are delivered in small groups and have frequent start dates throughout the year. Transitions College of Business and Career studies is pleased to be able to offer programs to reach a broader community. By continuing to respond to the educational and job needs of Niagara, our instructors are proud to be a team dedicated to fulfilling clients’ expectations. We are always striving to ensure our clients get what they need to move forward on their career path.”
